Are you passionate about ATVs motorcycles side-by-sides and all things powersports Action Power Sports is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Powersports Parts & Service Specialist to join our team!
Position Overview
As a Parts & Service Specialist youll be the go-to resource for customers and technicianshelping riders get the right parts accessories and service support to keep their machines performing at their best.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts and accessories
Support service technicians with accurate parts sourcing and ordering
Manage parts inventory receiving and stocking
Process special orders and vendor returns
Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Stay up to date on the latest powersports models gear and technology
Qualifications
Strong passion for powersports (ATVs dirt bikes street bikes UTVs snowmobiles)
Previous parts service writing or dealership experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge is a strong plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Basic computer and inventory system skills
