DescriptionThe Data Solutions team is a multidisciplinary center of excellence dedicated to delivering enterprise-grade data products and services across Euroclear. Our mission is to enable seamless data integration governance and delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a Junior Client Service Data Analyst to join our Client Services team. This role sits at the intersection of client support data management and operational delivery. You will be responsible for handling client data-related requests supporting billing and reporting processes and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness accuracy and clear communication.
This position is well suited for a detail-oriented organized and client-focused professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in data and the Funds business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Operations
- Manage client requests and ensure timely accurate responses to client email queries
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client service support coordinating internal follow-ups when needed
- Support the billing and invoicing processes ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through professionalism responsiveness and clear communication
Data & Reporting
- Produce maintain and enhance client reporting related to delivered services
- Manage and monitor monthly recurring processes to ensure data quality and on-time delivery (Regulatory Data Campaigns)
- Handle data-related requests using Excel and internal databases
- Support basic data analysis tasks using tools such as Excel SQL and Python (Python and SQL appreciated but not mandatory)
Systems & Process Support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting workflows
Client Review Support
- Assist the Client Service Manager in preparing quarterly and annual client review meetings including data preparation and presentation materials
What You Bring With You
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High level of accuracy and rigor with figures
- Strong client-facing skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Clear and effective communication skills
Appreciated / Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Funds / Asset Management business
- Experience or exposure to SQL and/or Python

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business or equivalent
