Position Title: Enablement Executive

Location: Taguig City Metro Manila 2 days per week onsite

Role Purpose

The Project Enablement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project teams and enhancingtheir capabilities through effective enablement initiatives. This role requires a blend of projectmanagement skills training facilitation and organizational developmentexpertiseto help teamsachieve their goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Summary

Monitor resolve and complete resources timesheets per schedules for invoicing
Monitorand coordinate ongoing projects to ensure schedules and resources are met untilprojects get completed.
Manage the Forward Order Book (FOB) to accurately align remaining test days with projectexpectations.
Monitorand evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiativesgatheringfeedback andmakingrecommendations for improvement.

Additional Accountabilities:

Periodically review Request Listscope and applicabilityand update to reflect current deliverytrends.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in projectmanagement and enablement.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of project management templatesdocumentation and knowledge repositories.
Assess project needs and develop tailored request list/project plans to be sent to clients inaccordance with signed statement of work.
Set up NCC-client document exchange utilizing NCC Groups proprietary customer serviceportal and secure file exchange.

What we are looking for in you

Proven experience in project management operations management or organizational
development roles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
A positive and proactive attitude towards taking responsibility and solving problems.
Proficiencyin project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello).

Desirable Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration project management organizationaldevelopment ora relatedfield (preferred but not mandatory).
