Summary

The Senior HR Operations Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for strengthening operational execution governance discipline andsystemsintegrity within the HR infrastructure function.

This role serves as the execution engine of the infrastructure Director-level priorities into structured project plansmaintainingalignment across governance tools and ensuring operational consistency and reporting accuracy.

The roleoperatesindependently oncomplex initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally to support the broader HR Service Delivery position balances enterprise standards with practical execution in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned HR operations projects from planning through execution or Own assigned HR operations initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Strengthen self-service enablement and workflow clarity across the associate lifecycle
  • Translate Director-level infrastructure priorities into structured execution plans
  • Maintain governance alignment across HR roadmaps calendars and tracking tools
  • Support HRIS configuration integrity and workflow optimization (UKG preferred)
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting validation prior to leadership distribution
  • Design build and improve recurring dashboards and analytics in partnership with Director
  • Track milestones identify risks and drive accountability without formal authority
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities within core HR processes
  • Create maintain and enforce process documentation and ensure operational consistency and continuity
  • Support and or own vendor relationships deliverables coordinating timelines dependencies and execution quality
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Data analysis and reporting fluency (Excel required: Tableau or similar BI tools preferred)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 6-8 years progressive HR experience (HR Operations Total Rewards or HR Process oriented roles)

  • Demonstrated experience in hands-on HRIS configuration and workflow (UKG preferred)

  • Experience leading moderately complex projects without formal people management responsibility

  • Experience building reports and dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools preferred)

  • Demonstrated process documentation and workflow improvement experience

  • Comprehension of and experience in shared services operations preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Light-duty work environment primarily office-based with minimal physical exertion
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Occasional standing or walking for presentations or facilitation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs occasionally
  • Hybrid Schedule Work from the office on Tues/Wed/Thurs and from home on Mon/Fri
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings training or conventions
