We have an opportunity for the role of Site Supervisor Engineer.

Site Location Mulund. Maharashtra

Role Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Site Supervisor to oversee the final stages of our residential/commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior finishing works-from tiling and painting to carpentry and MEP fixtures-are executed to the highest quality standards on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Management: Supervise daily finishing activities including flooring (marble/tile) POP/false ceilings painting joinery glazing and sanitary fittings.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure workmanship meets the Snag-Free standard. Verify that surfaces are level joints are aligned and finishes are consistent.
Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage specialized finishing contractors and on-site labor. Ensure they have the necessary drawings materials and tools to proceed.
Material Management: Monitor the inventory of high-value finishing materials (e.g. Italian marble premium fixtures) to prevent wastage theft or damage.
Timeline Adherence: Maintain the finishing schedule to ensure timely handover to the CRM/Sales team for client possession.
Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the site remains clean and organized-essential for the finishing stage-and that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Snag Listing: Identify defects during the process maintain a Punch List and ensure all rectifications are completed before final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Category	Requirements
Education	Diploma or B.E./ in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience	3 7 years of experience specifically in Real Estate Finishing (High-rise residential or Luxury villas preferred).
Technical Skills	Ability to read complex architectural and interior drawings; knowledge of material mixing ratios and curing times.
Software	Basic proficiency in MS Excel (for reporting) and AutoCAD (for viewing drawings).
