Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Kyndryl DRM Tool for risk and recovery operations
Administer and troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines (build release deployment)
Optimize CI/CD processes and resolve complex pipeline failures
Implement and support DevSecOps practices within deployment pipelines
Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery activities
Perform root cause analysis for DevOps and deployment issues (L2 support)
Automate workflows using scripting and DevOps tools
Collaborate with development security and infrastructure teams
Mentor L1 engineers and maintain operational documentation

Required Skills

Strong experience in Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines repos release management)
Good understanding of DevSecOps principles and implementation
Experience with BCP/DR processes
Exposure to Kyndryl DRM Tool or similar DRM platforms
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell Bash or Python)
Understanding of cloud environments (preferably Azure)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in fast-paced 24/7 support environments
