Job Summary
ServiceNow TPRM Developer
Role overview
Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM/TPRM (VRM) to support the full third-party
lifecycle (intake onboarding inherent risk/tiering due diligence monitoring
offboarding). Translate TPRM process and policy requirements into scalable platform
automation assessments issue/remediation tracking reporting and integrations.
Responsibilities
Configure third-party profiles/records relationships engagements and
intake/onboarding workflows.
Build inherent risk questionnaires scoring models and tiering logic to drive
due diligence depth.
Implement due diligence assessments/questionnaires Smart Assessments
evidence collection and attestations with routing approvals SLAs notifications
and task automation.
Configure findings/issues remediation plans action tracking and
exceptions/waivers with audit-ready traceability.
Define data model and UX: tables/fields forms UI policies reference data and
taxonomies (risk domains/control areas); support Workspace experiences.
Deliver reporting/dashboards for cycle time tier distribution open issues
remediation aging and monitoring compliance.
Support integrations and data migration (vendor master/procurement IAM
SharePoint/document repos email intake) and perform data
quality/reconciliation.
Produce delivery artifacts (solution/config workbook user stories test scripts
training release notes) and support testing (unit/SIT/UAT) cutover and
hypercare.
Required qualifications
3 6 years hands-on ServiceNow delivery including IRM/TPRM (VRM) or
adjacent GRC modules.
Solid TPRM knowledge (onboarding inherent risk tiering due diligence/control
assessments issue management ongoing monitoring).
Strong configuration skills: Flow Designer/Workflow forms business rules
notifications/approvals/SLAs reporting; ACL basics.
