Role :Talent Sourcer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer with 4 5 years of experience in proactive candidate sourcing across multiple domains. The ideal candidate has strong research skills expertise in talent mapping and the ability to build high-quality candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals Boolean search X-ray search social platforms etc.)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates
- Screen candidate profiles and assess basic qualifications before recruiter handoff
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and sourcing trackers
- Perform talent market research and competitor mapping
- Ensure positive candidate experience during sourcing interactions
- Meet sourcing SLAs and pipeline targets
Required Qualifications
- 4 5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Strong expertise in sourcing for Tech / Non-Tech / Leadership / Niche roles
- Proficiency in Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Workday Greenhouse Taleo iCIMS etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
