1: Min Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field. MBAs preferrable/ BE. BE Tech
2: 3-5 years of experience in sourcing with a focus on consulting and Techno-functional hiring.
3: Proven success in hiring for roles in Tech/IT skills supply chain SAP and data analytics.
4: Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar platforms.
5: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
