REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.
Masters degree preferred.
Experience
10 15 years of experience in IT Service Management with minimum 5 years in Change Management.
Demonstrated experience establishing CAB governance in large-scale multi-site IT environments.
Hands-on experience with data center change management including infrastructure network and application changes.
ServiceNow Change Management module expertise required.
Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps change practices preferred.
Certifications (Required)
ITIL 4 Foundation (mandatory)
ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader (preferred)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
Prosci Change Management Certification
PRINCE2 Practitioner
