Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network architecture engineering or operations.
- Professional certifications (preferred/required): CCNA CCNP CCIE
- Expert level proficiency in:
- Routing: OSPF BGP EIGRP
- Switching: VLANs STP Trunking VPC
- Strong experience with SDWAN platforms (Cisco Viptela Meraki Fortinet SDWAN).
- Deep understanding of network security concepts segmentation ACLs and hardening techniques.
- Handson experience with monitoring & logging tools (AppDynamics Dynatrace Splunk Wireshark).
- Ability to design and interpret HLD/LLD documents and network topology diagrams.
- Strong problem solving skills; proven experience handling P1/P0 network incidents.
- VPN Technologies: IPSec SSL DMVPN
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced troubleshooting capability
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Professional-level certifications (CCNP CCIE JNCIP PCNSE).
- Load Balancers: F5 (including SSL certificate renewal & configuration)
- Firewalls: Cisco ASA Palo Alto Fortinet
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (Azure Virtual WAN AWS Transit Gateway GCP Interconnect).
- Exposure to automation frameworks: Python Ansible Terraform.
- Experience with application delivery controllers (F5 Citrix ADC).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture.
- Understanding of SASE/SSE/Zscaler solutions.
- Experience with VoIP collaboration platforms or software defined data center technologies (Cisco ACI VMware NSX).
- ITIL Tool ServiceNow.
