Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead procurement of competitive import rates for Air Imports collaborating with internal stakeholders (including rate procurement teams) to ensure optimal sourcing and commercial viability.
Manage and service key account customers ensuring high service standards proactive issue resolution and strong customer retention.
Oversee complete Air Import operations ensuring timely execution documentation accuracy shipment tracking and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth and timely overseas remittances in coordination with finance and designated team members maintaining compliance with financial controls.
Maintain strict compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) Internal Audit requirements ESG norms LICM guidelines and risk register frameworks ensuring zero major deviations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of commercials to the operations team for invoicing minimizing revenue leakage and billing delays.
Coordinate closely with commercial finance compliance and customer service teams to ensure seamless operational flow and revenue realization.
