Key Responsibilities -
Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all back-office operations

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and ensure timely updates in systems

Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

Assist in preparing reports presentations and official correspondence

Coordinate with internal departments to collect and manage required documentation

Support administrative activities such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Ensure compliance with company policies related to documentation and confidentiality

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the back-office manager
Key Requirements -
Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with document management systems and office equipment
