Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Head with strong exposure to the automobile industry to lead the organization’s financial operations strategy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance ensuring robust controls and supporting leadership with strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Payroll
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and provide monthly variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities
* Internal Controls: Design and implement internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
* Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure adherence to all statutory tax and regulatory requirements
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth
* Strategic Support: Assist Directors with financial modeling for investments expansions and business decisions
* Loss Prevention: Drive loss review mechanisms and manage provisions for contingent liabilities and receivables
* Expense Management: Review and optimize major overheads including advertising ROI employee benefits and utilities
* Liability Management: Monitor and manage company liabilities including debt schedules and financial obligations

Key Requirements
* Strong expertise in financial planning compliance and reporting
* Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams
* Excellent analytical decision-making and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
