Job Summary

Opening at Kanpur for a Channel Head who will manage Kanpur along with Lucknow Agra Aligarh and Mathura.

Some important responsibilities of Channel Head:

1) People management: Manages team of gold loan managers in all the above cities.

2) Business development: Involves actively in marketing and business development aspects on field.

3) Assists Gold loan managers in driving gold loan business along with other products.

4) Drives the team and handles their roadblocks.

5) Assists gold loan managers in lead generations BTL marketing.

6) Motivate team and Ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in gold loan or other banking products should have team handling experience as well
Industry: NBFC/Banking/Financial Products
