Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Designer who can solve complex problems and deliver world-class product experiences. The ideal candidate will influence product strategy drive end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solve complex design problems and deliver user-centric high-quality product experiences
Drive end-to-end product design considering user journeys workflows and ecosystem integration
Lead collaborative projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams
Define and implement scalable design patterns and systems
Influence product strategy through human-centered design principles
Participate across the complete product development lifecycle
Work in a fast-paced iterative and generative environment

AI Integration Experience

Leverage AI tools within design workflows and decision-making processes
Integrate AI-powered capabilities into product experiences
Analyze AI-driven insights to enhance user solutions
Explore and evaluate AIs impact on product strategy and industry trends

Required Qualifications

8 years of relevant design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Ability to simplify complex problems
- Human-centered design approach
- Research-driven holistic solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams
