Requirements
Role Overview:
We are seeking a graphic designer with capabilities across static design video creation and AI-assisted content production. The role requires translating marketing objectives into high-quality visuals and videos combining design fundamentals with modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media websites and campaigns
* Create and edit video content such as reels ads motion graphics and short-form marketing assets
* Leverage AI tools to generate enhance and scale both graphic and video content
* Develop branding materials including logos visual identities and campaign creatives
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align creative output with content and marketing goals
* Support ongoing projects campaigns and special initiatives under the direction of the marketing manager
* Coordinate with external vendors and partners when required
* Assist the marketing team with additional creative and production tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
* 13 years of experience in graphic design (minimum 6 months required)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
* Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects Premiere Pro or similar)
* Working knowledge of AI tools for design and video creation (generative design AI video tools etc.)
* Strong understanding of typography layout and visual storytelling across static and video formats
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon and in US shift timings
