Job Summary
Use in-house AI tools to make complex product concepts workflows and tasks
easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences from end users to
network administrators to developers.
Drive a unified content strategy. Establish standardized release processes
content development best practices and delivery and feedback mechanisms in
the team.
Serve as the voice of the user using AI-driven content analytics to provide
valuable feedback to engineering product management and technical marketing
teams.
Identify the significantly complex information needs of target audiences develop
appropriate content plans and manage the execution of those plans.
Perform resource workload assessment and balancing across projects.
Create high-quality technical content for complex product and solution
deployment needs.
Take on special projects/stretch assignments outside the scope of regular tasks.
Contribute actively to integrating the latest Gen AI use cases in existing and new
content workflows.
Demonstrate proven ability in team building and the mentoring of junior writers.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role candidates must have 7 years of experience in technical
writing and demonstrate the following essential qualifications:
Exceptional writing skills and an in-depth understanding of technical writing
principles.
