Content Designer UX Writer Hyderabad Hybrid

This role is part of the Content Design practice within the Experience Design organization. The team focuses on understanding user needs and crafting intuitive product experiences through effective language and content strategy. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design user-centric experiences.

• Drive Content Design & UX Writing
  Own UX writing for 1 2 product areas including UI content wireframes information architecture prototypes content standards and glossaries.
• Develop Content Strategy
  Leverage customer research and data insights to define and manage long-term product content strategy beyond immediate releases.
• Collaborate on Team Initiatives
  Contribute to design system enhancements style guides terminology standards reusable content patterns and AI-driven writing tools.
• Advocate for User-Centric Design
  Ensure all product content is intuitive accessible and aligned with established voice and tone guidelines.

• 5 years of experience in content design UX writing or digital content strategy.
• Experience working on software or application-based products (B2B or enterprise preferred).
• Strong experience with complex or technical products ideally in data or analytics domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of English grammar and structure.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma Miro or InVision.
• Understanding of UX design principles and product development lifecycle.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design product engineering).

• Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools in workflows decision-making or content creation.
• Ability to think critically about AIs impact on content design and user experience.
• Experience in user experience design across corporate software web or agency environments.
