Job Description:
We are looking for energetic Relationship Officers with a strong interest in Direct Sales. The candidate must have a proven track record in CASA Sales Open Market Sales Field Sales Liabilities Sales SIP Insurance and FD. This is a full-time role and not a remote job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition of savings/current accounts from the open market.
2. Accomplish sales targets set by the organisation.
3. Promote and sell financial products and services.
4. Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Fresher or up to 2 years. of experience in direct sales from the BFSI industry.
2. Proven experience in CASA Sales Open Market Sales Field Sales Liabilities Sales SIP Insurance and FD.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
