Job Overview:
We areseekinga highly skilled Workday Configuration Analyst with deepexpertisein HCM Recruiting and Compensation modules. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for designing building testing and deploying Workday solutions that support our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be a Workday subject matter expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Configure andmaintainWorkday HCM Recruiting and Compensation modules to meet business requirements.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design configuration testing and deployment.
Partner with HR Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements during Workday releases(R1 & R2).
Develop and execute test plans troubleshoot issues and ensure quality assurance for all configurations.
Provideexpert-level guidance on Workday best practices and system optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and HR to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliancepurposes.Stayupdated with Workday releases and new features; evaluate and implement new functionalities as needed.
Participate inbi-weekly sprints.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
WorkdayPro Certification in HCM Comp Recruitingor other relevant modules preferred.
5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with provenexpertisein HCM Recruiting and Compensation.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security frameworks.
Experience in building testing and deploying Workday solutions in a global environment.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while influencing stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicationskills to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategicallyacross HR processes.
Experience(Minimum Required):
At least4years of experience inan analyst BRM or development role
Workday certification in HCM Recruiting or Compensation.
Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country multi-currency environment.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
Advanced computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel Project and Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications Include:
Masters degree in computer scienceinformationtechnologydatascience ora relatedfield.
Experience in a Clinical Research Organization or healthcare-related industry.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods andoperatea vehicle safely.
Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast simple repeated movements of the fingers hands and wrists.
Occasional crouching stooping with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwisemoves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
