Job Summary
- Ensure statistical process control yield and scrap cost tracking are established and maintained within the engineering subdivision to improve the process flow.
- Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary.
- Enable and document improved process.
- Failure mode analysis for that subdivision and complete analysis in a timely fashion.
Qualification & Requirements
3 years or above related working experience
Ability to use Excel Word and PPT.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to apply (statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts histograms SPC trending etc)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written English is a must.
Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis.
Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures.
Train technician to improve work skill.
