Essential Responsibilities:
Administer business field services quote requests from clients and coordinate with the appropriate Field Area Manager or other technical operations prime to facilitate creating the quote which will include project scope pricing and schedule.
Administers the travel portion of the quote using client-specific quote calculators and working with Lecors GIS mapping teams.
Format the quotes using the established templates and obtain appropriate level of internal approvals prior to client submission.
Communication when required with end client to verify scope details assumptions receipt of quote and follows ups when required.
Utilize the Salesforce quote tracking database to accurately record and update quote information and associated documentation. Monitors quote status and assist with internal quote reporting requests.
Assist in new client onboarding calls to provide insights around Ledcors quotes process including where to submit quote requests services covered and expected turnaround times.
Assists manager in the quoting process improvement and standardization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years experience as a project administrator or in a related role.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
Strong computer skills across a variety of software including Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using Salesforce would be an asset but can be provided training.
Experience using QuickBase and PowerBI would be an asset but is not required.
Experience in telecommunications industry is an asset.
Work Conditions:
This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work from home and the office.
