Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Architect to support a strategic transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise with a proven background in data and AI-driven transformation programs within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business transformation initiatives focused on data platform implementation and modernization.
- Drive data operationalization strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable data usage across the organization.
- Support AI operationalization ensuring AI solutions are effectively embedded into business processes.
- Develop and implement AI strategy and AI operating models aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to bridge strategy and execution.
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new data and AI capabilities.
- Provide architectural oversight ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Business Transformation Enterprise Architecture or similar roles.
- Strong techno-functional background with hands-on exposure to data platforms and AI solutions.
- Experience in data platform implementation and modernization programs.
- Proven track record in data and AI operationalization.
- Experience defining and implementing AI strategy and operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
- Prior experience working in Government/Public Sector environments is preferred.
- Valid Reliability or Secret Clearance (mandatory).
