Business Analyst (BA3) Clinical Adoption Lead

Job Summary
- Lead clinical adoption and engagement activities across multiple healthcare sites
- Support implementation of standardized clinical content (order sets documentation templates care protocols)
- Conduct workflow walkthroughs readiness assessments and stakeholder sessions
- Develop training materials quick guides and communication artifacts
- Coordinate clinical validation and usability testing with SMEs
- Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks and change impacts
- Facilitate collaboration across physicians nurses and allied health professionals
- Must have current or recent (within 5 years) registration as a regulated health professional in Canada(e.g. RN NP RT OT PT or equivalent allied health professional)
- Minimum 5 years as a:
- Clinical Business Analyst
- Clinical Informatics Analyst
- or equivalent
- Experience must include:
- Requirements gathering
- Clinical workflow analysis
- Documentation and facilitation
- Minimum 3 years working on CIS/EHR implementations
- Hands-on involvement in:
- Clinical content build
- Testing / validation
- Go-live support
- Experience implementing standardized clinical documentation/protocols across regional or multi-site environments
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- Available to start as per project timelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing standardized clinical content within an acute care CIS/EHR environment
- Includes:
- Order sets
- Clinical documentation templates
- Care protocols
- Experience should be at regional or provincial scale
- Experience delivering training and adoption support to frontline clinicians
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience in clinical change management and communication strategies
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft 365 tools
- JIRA or similar tools
- Experience within Canadian public healthcare systems (preferred)
