We are currently looking for a #gamechanger with a junior background in Finance to join our Amazing Team in Italy!

This role is Hybrid-based in: Cagliari - Sa Illetta

Role Overview:

As a Junior Financial Planning & Analysis you will provide essential financial support to management. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting performance analysis and profitability assessments of clients or business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.
• Analyze profitability across clients or business segments.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client.
• Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client.
• Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations.
• Assist in month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts.
• Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices.
• Monitor and report on collections.
• Perform ad hoc analysis.
• Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
• Proficient in financial tools systems and applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in Team
• Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• English at least B2 Level
