Commercial Planning Analyst

Position purpose:

Support the commercial insights and planning processes by producing market analysis performance monitoring and clear reporting to enable Sales & Commercial decision-making. Contribute to high-quality analytics and cross-functional initiatives under the guidance of the Commercial Insights Manager.

What will you do responsibilities:

Support the identification of market trends competitive dynamics and performance gaps vs. market practice translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure stakeholders access to reliable and user-friendly performance monitoring distribution and trade KPIs; support data quality checks and recurring reporting routines.
Contribute to segmentation activities (Trade/Retail/Vending machines) and help translate outputs into coverage and targeting proposals in alignment with team priorities.
Support commercial planning activities and the development of action plans with a data-driven approach; monitor progress and help prepare materials for internal reviews.
Support the design of Field Force incentive plans and KPI setting/monitoring; contribute to performance tracking and insights on effectiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing Digital and Trade marketing teams supporting strategic commercial cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment on priorities and insights.
Participate in regular field visits to collect feedback and integrate real-world insights into reporting and planning.
Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance commercial capabilities (e.g. reporting evolution tools adoption process improvements) coordinating tasks and follow-ups as assigned.

Who are we looking for requirements

Degree in Economics Management Engineering or similar
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel Power BI
1-3 years of experience in commercial planning sales analytics or related roles (internships included) preferably in a multinational context.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluent in English and local language
