Job Summary

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our team at Zeehan Village in Zeehan Tasmania. This is a full-time permanent position offering a stable role within a supportive team environment.

Location: Zeehan Village Zeehan TAS
Monday to Friday roster
Typical hours: 7:00am 5:30pm (most days)
Full-time permanent position
Annual salary: $79735 Superannuation

The Position:

Supervise and support a small cleaning team
Perform and oversee floor stripping and sealing
Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
Maintain safe and compliant work areas
Complete hazard reporting when required
Use basic computer programs including Excel and Word

The Person:

Previous cleaning or facilities industry experience
Experience leading or supervising staff
Strong communication and leadership skills
A team player who is flexible to assist across different departments
Committed to workplace health and safety procedures
Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
