About the Role

This is a hands-on PMO Lead role focused on enabling project success across the business.

Youll act as the eyes and ears of the business supporting leaders executives and teams to deliver projects on time within scope and on budget. Youll bring structure visibility and consistency to how we plan and execute work as we continue to grow.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support leaders and teams to plan track and deliver projects effectively
• Drive PMO governance reporting and visibility across key initiatives
• Ensure projects are on track (time scope cost) and flag risks early
• Act as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with Executives and business units
• Champion consistent use of tools templates and frameworks
• Uplift project capability across the business (without owning delivery)

What Were Looking For

• 3 years in a PMO Project Coordination Project Analyst or similar role
• Experience in new product development and/or change management environments highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills confident working with senior leaders
• Solid understanding of project governance and delivery frameworks (PRINCE2 preferred)
• Advanced experience with (highly desirable)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercial mindset understands timelines scope and financials
• Proactive collaborative and comfortable working across a fast-paced business
