Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale project delivery within the claims environment
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Manage stakeholder engagement across business and IT
Facilitate business requirements gathering testing and solution implementation
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance requirements
Oversee project planning risk management and reporting
Requirements:
Strong project management and project delivery experience
Proven experience coordinating large or complex projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with business requirements gathering and solution implementation
Exposure to regulatory environments and governance frameworks
Preferred:
Knowledge of RDR and POPI compliance requirements
Experience working within the insurance or financial services sector
