This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into working software and wants exposure across the full product lifecycle.

What the role involves

The Junior Business Analyst will operate at the intersection of product development and operations ensuring that ideas are translated into clear buildable and testable requirements.

Breaking down features into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
Working closely with developers to deliver web-based features
Supporting testing (UAT) and validating functionality against business needs
Engaging with operational teams to understand workflows and requirements
Driving features through the full lifecycle: idea development release feedback
Maintaining clarity and momentum within an Agile environment

What they are looking for

Essential:
Experience working on website / web-based development projects
Solid understanding of how web applications work (front-end back-end user flows)
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to write clear structured user stories

Highly advantageous:
Experience within logistics or supply chain environments
Exposure to operational or process-driven systems
Understanding of how technology supports real-world business operations
