We are seeking a full-time Network Administrator for our Enid OK office. Starting pay commensurate with applicable experience. You can review the complete job description below.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability security and performance of Triangles network infrastructure servers and system data including oversight of security protocols backup strategies and replication processes to support business continuity and organizational growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Administers and maintains Triangles Microsoft 365 environment managing user accounts licensing and platform configurations to ensure availability and a reliable experience for all users.
Plan and execute network upgrades firmware updates patches and configuration changes following established change management procedures to minimize disruption to business operations.
Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls VPNs intrusion detection/prevention systems network access controls and segmentation strategies in alignment with organizational security policies.
Monitor and analyze network performance metrics including availability utilization throughput and latency across all network segments and proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities bottlenecks and single points of failure.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate recommend and implement new network technologies tools and solutions that align with organizational goals.
Provide escalation support to IT staff on network-related issues and lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable cybersecurity frameworks regulations and organizational security policies including participation in audits risk assessments and security awareness initiatives.
Create update and maintain comprehensive network documentation within the enterprise repository including topology diagrams IP address schemes configurations and standard operating procedures.
Regular and sustained attendance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN VLAN) and extensive experience with network hardware including routers switches firewalls load balancers and wireless access points.
Strong knowledge of network security principles including firewall management intrusion detection/prevention and vulnerability assessment; proficient with network monitoring and management tools.
Experience with virtualization technologies cloud-based infrastructure and backup and disaster recovery solutions replication strategies and business continuity planning.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Python for network administration tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write technical documentation and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education Licensing - Certifications - Experience:

Successful completion of a vocational technology program and 2 years of related on-the-job experience; or 3 years of related on-the-job experience.
Industry certifications such as CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network or CompTIA Security are preferred but not required.
Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education certifications and industry training.
Valid drivers license required.
