Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls handling inquiries and providing insightful information about our products and services.
- Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Provide essential business support helping clients solve issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous records within our CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in sales or call center roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse customer profiles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player who contributes positively to workplace culture and collaboration.
