Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls handling inquiries and providing insightful information about our products and services.
  • Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions maximizing every sales opportunity.
  • Provide essential business support helping clients solve issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous records within our CRM systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in sales or call center roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse customer profiles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team player who contributes positively to workplace culture and collaboration.
