About the Role:

As a Parts and Inventory Clerk youll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. This exciting position offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment supporting our team in delivering top-notch HVAC services to our community. This position is all about procuring the correct parts needed with limited information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials for quality and accuracy.
Organize and maintain the parts storage area for efficient access.
Assist technicians with parts requests and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts and materials as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the parts area.
Procure the correct equipment in a timely manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in inventory management preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
Proficient in using HouseCall Pro.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in HVAC or similar industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills
Provide estimates in a timely manner.
Provide Invoices in a timely manner.
Working knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
