Job Summary
| Job Description: | Roles & Responsibilities Partnering with domain SMEs to identify and prioritize business questions and processes to be exposed to AI agents. Designing and implementing MCP servers that aggregate: o Multiple domain APIs o Static or curated reference data o Supporting metadata and schemas required for accurate agent reasoning Implementing MCP servers using Humana Enterprise MCP infrastructure and tooling compliant with enterprise security governance and API standards. Ensuring MCP servers support low-latency high-accuracy responses suitable for real-time agent interactions such as Agent Assist. Delivering validated test results demonstrate functional correctness accuracy and performance against defined requirements. Providing documentation knowledge transfer and handoff materials to enable ongoing domain ownership and evolution. Provide subject matter experts (SMEs) for data APIs and business processes. Define and validate a prioritized list of: o Natural language questions the domain must answer o Business processes or actions that must be executed by AI agents Retain long-term ownership of the MCP server following v1.0 delivery.
