Job Summary

Chiller Technician DC Metro

Pay: $65/hr (W2) Union Position
Location: Washington DC Corridor

Open to non-local candidates

We are hiring experienced Chiller Technicians with strong water-cooled chiller service background. Candidates must have factory certification from Trane Daikin York or Carrier.

Requirements:

5 7 years of hands-on chiller service experience
Factory/OEM certification (Carrier Trane York or Daikin required)
EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
Experience with centrifugal and screw chillers
Ability to perform overhauls diagnostics and repairs
Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and electrical schematics
Own HVAC tools
Clean driving record & ability to pass background/drug screening

Preferred:

OSHA 10/30
VFD and BAS/Controls experience
Experience with high-voltage equipment
