The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience handling M&A transactions in a sophisticated corporate law environment. Experience advising companies in innovative or high-growth industries is considered valuable.
Key Responsibilities

Support and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial structuring through closing

Conduct and coordinate due diligence processes

Draft and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements and ancillary documentation

Work closely with partners and clients on complex corporate transactions

Assist clients with strategic acquisitions investments and exit transactions

Collaborate with internal legal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Graduation from a highly ranked law school with strong academic credentials

Minimum 3 years of mergers and acquisitions experience in a corporate law practice

Prior experience working in a large law firm environment

Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission

Excellent drafting analytical and negotiation skills
