Heres what youll be doing:

Taking charge of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
Drafting pleadings discovery and motions that make an impact
Representing clients in hearings depositions mediations and trials
Building real relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal process
Working closely with a driven supportive legal team
Handling commercial policy cases and commercial defendants in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
Taking cases all the way through trial and to verdict (Preferred but not required)

What were looking for:

Licensed in Nevada (Additional Compensation - if also licensed in Arizona or other states)
5 years of plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury and trial experience preferred)
Experience with commercial policy cases
Preferably bilingual in Spanish and English (not required)
Confident in the courtroom strong in writing and sharp on strategy
A team player whos hungry to grow and help clients win
Entrepreneurial mindset a plus - growth opportunities may extend beyond Nevada
