Location: Fully onsite in McLean VA
Job Summary
- Lead and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs for a major financial services client.
- Oversee PMO governance program planning and execution across multiple workstreams (data engineering business).
- Coordinate and drive delivery rigor tracking milestones risks issues and dependencies to resolution.
- Act as the PMO lead and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level program status reports insights and decision-making materials.
- Translate complex technical and program details into clear actionable information for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with client leadership and cross-functional teams in a fully onsite capacity (McLean VA).
- Preferred: Experience in financial services or mortgage domain especially in regulated data environments and enterprise data/cloud transformation projects.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills to produce executive-ready presentations.
- Requires strong communication stakeholder management and delivery management experience.
