Job Summary
Role: Fabrication Project Manager Location: Appleton or New London WI 54961 (Onsite)
Compensation: $81000 - $90000 per annum benefits RA

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
- Experience in pipe fabrication is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical specifications contracts and governmental regulations.
- Strong mathematical aptitude including geometry ratios percentages and practical field applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and Access.
- Experience with Acorn/Spoolfab software preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial job site safety practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth and efficient execution of assigned customer projects crews and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with quoted specifications.
- Oversee scheduling of materials equipment subcontractors outsourcing and trucking to meet customer due dates.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers providing project updates and coordinating inspections.
- Supervise assigned work crews and authorize departmental schedule changes as needed.
- Manage project invoicing and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
- Oversee quality control to ensure compliance with customer specifications applicable codes and company QA standards.
- Review estimates contracts drawings and purchase orders to ensure alignment and project readiness.
- Manage project profit & loss statements and departmental budgets.
- Promote customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution.
- Ensure adherence to company safety initiatives and OSHA guidelines.
- Participate in company improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and standardization.
