Job Summary
This order is seeking for an immediate hire certified SFA with prior CT surgery experience specifically vein harvesting experience. The regular daytime shift is M-F from 0700 - 1500 with standby call from 1500 - 0700. They typically stay 3 nights a week until 0000 or 0100 finishing cases. Includes every third weekend standby call. Called in typically once or twice during the weekend.

Requirement description :
Must have a minimum of 24 months CT Surgical First Assist experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED
Life support certifications must be from AHA ARC or ASHI - REQUIRED
Active Surgical First Assist certification - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
RTO cannot exceed 7 days No RTO during the first week of assignment - REQUIRED
Candidate driver s license to verify residency - REQUIRED
Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
