- Collaborate with business partners to understand and translate business requirements into system requirements.
- Make recommendations regarding system functionality and deliver solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
- Work closely with development teams technology leads and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Gather analyze and document requirements for web-based transaction applications using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Utilize project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) to manage and track work.
- Create and maintain formal documentation of business processes system workflows and use cases.
- Communicate effectively through presentations written reports and facilitation of meetings.
- Build consensus and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
- Apply broad technology knowledge (e.g. SQL API experience) to solve business problems with software solutions.
