Job Summary
Job Summary: Asset Management Analyst
- Manage the asset lifecycle (hardware and software) supporting end user support processes
- Oversee asset inventory ensuring accuracy compliance and audit readiness
- Support forecasting and budgeting for IT assets including purchasing processes
- Submit purchase orders and process invoices accurately following procurement protocols
- Utilize SAP components for asset management and financial tracking
- Use ServiceNow for ticketing asset management and report generation
- Maintain up-to-date records of assets licenses and software packaging details
- Ensure adherence to operational and governance policies related to asset management
- Collaborate with teams to support mobile device and enterprise network infrastructure needs
- Stay current with IT industry trends and apply knowledge of computer technology
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with stakeholders
- Proficiently use O365 and MS Teams for collaboration and documentation
- Work 5 days onsite in Evansville IN (local candidates only; no remote option)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in business management economics finance accounting or related field
- 2-4 years experience in operational services and/or IT asset management
- Strong understanding of budgeting purchasing and procurement processes
- Experience with SAP and ServiceNow systems
- Familiarity with asset inventory management licensing and compliance
- Knowledge of IT and mobile device technologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
