Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our Payments organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding offboarding and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail a service-oriented mindset and the ability to provide thoughtful coaching and guidance on routine employee matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
• Coordinate offboarding activities including exit processes documentation and system updates
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on basic employee relations performance conversations and HR policies
• Support employee lifecycle activities including job changes promotions and data updates
• Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with HR initiatives programs and projects as needed

• Builds trust with managers through practical solutions-oriented guidance
• Maintains high accuracy and compliance in all HR processes
• Demonstrates a proactive team-oriented approach to supporting the Payments organization

Qualifications :

• 10 years of HR experience preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
• 3 years of Leave Management
• Experience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processes
• Exposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g. UKG Workday or similar) is a plus
• Compensation range of $60-110K USD base salary plus discretional annual bonus opportunity
