- Serve as the primary financial resource and point of contact for assigned programs or subprograms.
- Work under the direction of a Financial Manager to support program financial needs.
- Prepare fiscal and operating reports involving detailed analysis of financial outlooks spending trends and staffing levels.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses including cost benefit and break-even analyses.
- Identify research and analyze the potential impacts of proposed legislation and funding modifications.
- Prepare formal bill analyses and federal reports for assigned programs.
- Monitor forecast and report on program budgets cash management and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for all financial activities.
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to department and program leadership as well as external partners.
- Support budget development monitoring and reporting processes for assigned programs.
- Participate in monthly in-person meetings and trainings; otherwise work remotely.
