IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organizations computer systems networks and software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues

- Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and network equipment

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Maintain inventory of hardware software and network equipment

- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes

- Train employees on the use of new hardware and software

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and upgrades

- Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and Office 365

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
