We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer this role you will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure of our organization troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain computer systems networks and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Set up new user accounts and manage access control.
- Monitor and maintain system security including performing regular backups and updates.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on various software and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions.
- Document and maintain IT procedures and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
