Title: Financial Services Analyst
Location: San Ramon CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long term Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Services Analyst with proven experience utilizing BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting our transform and technology teams in supporting our future Attribution and Performance Reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering to facilitate the build out of Performance datasets from BlackRock Aladdin (ADC) to FactSet (FactSet Vault)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new dataflows between systems and process improvements.
Support testing teams to build out a robust procedure to evaluate large volumes of Performance and Attribution datasets.
Assist in the implementation and delivery of new Benchmark IBOR and NAV Performance flows.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across Aladdin / FactSet platforms and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms.
Solid understanding of Asset Types
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel SQL and Snowflake. Power BI or similar a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work.
