About the Role:
This role has been created to support increased procurement volume within the organization. The selected candidate will manage a high volume of procurement requests support IT and SaaS purchasing activities and lead sourcing and supplier negotiations. The position requires a strong procurement professional with proven IT buying experience and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Manage 30 60 procurement requests while reducing backlog.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies across multiple commodities.
- Lead and facilitate RFx events (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
- Conduct supplier sourcing evaluation and negotiations.
- Support asset management and SaaS procurement.
- Develop and negotiate contractual documents including:
- MSAs
- SOWs
- Amendments
- Renewals and extensions
- NDAs

- Build and implement multi-year spend strategies.
- Support professional services and technology commodities.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business units stakeholders and suppliers.
- Influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Maintain competitive sourcing environments.
- Conduct ongoing supplier market analysis.
- Provide strategic direction in developing business requirements.
Contract & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Support Tier I and Tier II supplier procurement activities.
- Interpret complex procurement requests and clarify requirements.
- Monitor contract expirations renewals and terminations proactively.
- Collaborate with contract and PO teams for timely execution.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Utilize advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Track KPIs benchmarking data and supplier performance.
- Identify Kaizen/process improvement opportunities.
- Provide proactive status updates and escalate issues as needed.
Customer Support & Enablement
- Educate internal customers on sourcing and contracting best practices.
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Support negotiation strategies to maximize cost effectiveness.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field.
- 5 years of experience in:
- Strategic sourcing
- Contract development
- Negotiations
- Procurement analytics
- Contract management

- Strong IT procurement experience (mandatory).
- Experience managing multiple high-volume requests.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to work independently with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting professional services commodities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Ariba Spend Management (preferred) or Coupa.
- Financial services or banking industry experience.
- eMarketplace knowledge.
- Reporting and dashboard experience.
- Strong background in SaaS procurement.
- Experience working with Tier I and Tier II suppliers.
