Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Planning (PP) Solution Specialist with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and deep knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology. This role is responsible for designing configuring and optimizing SAP PP solutions to support end-to-end manufacturing and production planning processes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic hands-on SAP professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and consistently delivers high-quality SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Delivery

Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations focusing on SAP PP configuration and best practices.
Drive project execution using the SAP Activate methodology including Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy and Run phases.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

SAP PP Functional Expertise

Configure and optimize SAP PP functionalities including:
- Demand Management
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Execution / MES integration
Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM SD and QM to support end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Business Collaboration & Enablement

Partner with business stakeholders to lead workshops design sessions and solution walkthroughs.
Support user training change management and adoption initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Testing Support & Continuous Improvement

Support unit testing integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
Provide post go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current on SAP S/4HANA enhancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
5 years of SAP PP implementation and support experience including 2 years with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
Strong understanding of production planning MRP shop floor execution and capacity planning.
Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
